Starting a training for the Big Run

Well, it isn't actually the really Big event, but a half Marathon. Anyway, I decided this will be a Big enough run for me :-)

I have less than 2 months of training. Well I'd rather say it's around 50 days or kind of 18 training days. I surely need some breaks in between running not to destroy the joints or muscles.

You all came across the sometimes mantra-like statement that running is best way to keep fit, healthy and thin... I also did, many times... I even tried many times to get that a routine habit. Something like running for life...
